Open Question: Why do people who don't have braces say they are "blessed with perfect teeth"?

Member since:April 19, 2011Total points:255 (Level 2)I have noticed A lot of people who don't have braces say annoying things like "I have perfect teeth :)" "I have the gift of straight teeth and will never had to be a metal mouth" The thing is alot these people saying these things don't have perfect teeth. Not saying their a maze or anything just saying their teeth aren't really straight.Answer Question

Just tune them out they are just trying to rub the fact that you have braces in your face, so when you get your braces off just be like "They were so worth it, now I have beautiful perfect teeth." Its what I do, and they shut up pretty fast.Ohmygod! I know how you feel, I'm getting braces and this reaalllyy annoying guy was jus bragging about his 'perfect smile'. It sooo annoyed mE especially as I can't help how my teeth grow! Answer my dental question?<3

And while your perception is that they may be imperfect, a dentist has probably told them otherwise. Braces are a correction often for overbite, not just to straighten teeth. Teeth that are just a bit out of line don't really require them. Nobody likes the dentist, and most people are extremely grateful they don't have to wear braces.
