I saw a black line on my last tooth that lies in the depression on the top of the tooth. I think it may be from when my wisdom teeth were coming in because they were coming in at an angle against that tooth.

Anyways, should I be worried? I've always been told I have good teeth, but that was 8 years ago.

How much is a regular dentist visit? Without insurance, With insurance?

What if I need a filling? Is the composite toxic? How much are those with or without insurance?

Could I go get checked without insurance and then get dental insurance if I need a filling even though it's a 6 month wait period? Then wait 6 months then get the filling?

Or should I just go ASAP and get a filling ASAP if i needed one?

Or should I get insurance first, then go in 6 months after the waiting period is over?
