I think talking to her sensibly and calmly while brushing her teeth will help in the long run, and also let her play with the brush before or after, or purchase a brush with her favorite cartoon or something like that will help I guess.

anyway, you don't need to freak out whenever your child shows she dislikes something. be assertive and calm.
