I brush and use mouthwash constantly especially because I have oral piercings.
I had developed a sore throat and brushed it off when it was serious. I started getting fevers of 105F, and the doctors described my throat as raw, I also had canker sores in my mouth. After the fevers started happening my most recent oral piercing became infected, (my left monroe), It got really bad then the gums behind it started hurting. Went back to the doctor yesterday and was diagnosed with gingivitis and now I'm on medication for it.
