The other day I picked up my blowdry REALLY fast and hit my face. Stupid me, I know. I looked in the mirror and my gums above the tooth right next to my front tooth was bleeding. I rinsed right away with mouthwash and it stopped.This was Saturday night/Sunday morning. It does not really hurt, the tooth at all. But the gums are sore. Red and now there is a bump on top of my gum, where I can literally poke it and see it move, like there is water in there or whatnot. The bump is also kinda swollen and I think its on top of the tooth a bit.

I just spent a fortune on crowns, so I really do not want to go back to the dentist. However, I think atleast an office visit and antibiotics are in order. What could this be??
