First of all, my bottom front teeth feel as if they are popping. On a few of them, when I floss, it hurts my teeth, not my gums. Why is this?

Second. Last night two of my teeth became sensitive to cold. An hour or so later, they quit being sensitive but a new tooth became sensitive. It is still sensitive to cold this morning, but slightly less. What would cause this?

Could it be because I grind my teeth at night? Is my tooth rotting from the inside out? Am I overreacting?
