Open Question: How to pull out a VERY lose tooth?

Legendar... Member since:May 02, 2011Total points:160 (Level 1)My tooth has been lose for TWO YEARS right now it's hanging by a thread and WILL NOT COME OUT I'm really irrated and it hurts. Ive wiggled and pulled so much that i have blisters on my fingers. Also please no answers saying to eat something. Any ideas?
I'm on my Ipod so i don't have spell check.
