So I've been using the Crest 3D White 2-Hour Express Whitestrips, & I was just wondering if is it necessary or can i use the toothpaste crest provide ?
& i mean the ,
- Crest 3D White Advanced Vivid Enamel Renewal Toothpaste,
- Crest 3D White Advanced Vivid Stain Protection Toothpaste
OR
- Crest 3D White Vivid Toothpaste

I feel like after using the strips, and when i eat they start to show color on my teeth & i can't be washing my teeth all the time.
