Hey ive had my braces on now for 2 years and i get them off next thursday im really scared that i might get black marks on my teeth, or holes in them bcoz of some things ive read online :S
I brush my teeth regulary three times a day and i always use the little brushes and mouthwash
I have had some fizzy and sweets but very rarely
Can u tell me about the process of getting them off... & your own experience would really help
