Open Question: Is it safe to whiten teeth with a cracked back molar?

However, I have a fractured back molar that my dentist does not feel will require any work for quite awhile. (It does not cause me any pain) He gave me the go ahead to do the zoom whitening in his office, but I would rather do the treatment at home as it is MUCH less expensive. Do you think that it's safe for me to do this? Or will it aggravate my cracked molar?Answer Question
