Open Question: How to get pearly white teeth?

Hello
first of all stop eating and drinking things that can stain your teeth. Things like coke and coffee and smoking( hope you are not at 14) and tea and dark coloured foods such as curry are bad stainer's. Do not go for Simon Cowell white teeth as they look too white and stupid to me. Go for a more natural white as it looks better and more real.

The first thing you can do to keep your teeth white and stain free is to brush 2 times a day and floss once a day. This helps stop stains setting in.

Try whitening toothpastes. Though heavily advertised, these only partially whiten teeth and don't provide a complete remedy. Make sure the toothpaste has the American Dental Association (ADA) seal of approval( or same thing in your Country) and has been clinically proved to whiten teeth effectively. Very few whitening toothpastes have undergone any type of clinical trial, and ones that are too abrasive can damage teeth or make them very sensitive.

Go for regular dental check ups and cleanings

You can have your teeth bleached at home or at your dentists. A dentist performs in-office treatments by coating the teeth with a bleaching agent, then using periodic flashes of light to activate the solution. Treatments last 30 to 60 minutes, and the complete procedure often requires several appointments. In at-home treatments, patients wear a mouth guard fitted with bleaching gel 2 hours a day for two weeks, depending on the severity of staining.

And some people have their teeth trimmed down and have veneers fitted, but I think they look too false and too white to me. And they are expensive and only last about 10 years before having to be replaced.

So maybe try eating less foods that stain and brush with a whitening tooth paste and see if it gives you the results you want. And I do not recommend putting lemon juice or orange juice on your teeth as they are really acidic and soften your tooth enamel and when you then brush your teeth you will brush away your tooth enamel. Avoid acidic foods and drinks as they wreck our teeth. No good your teeth being white but unhealthy. We need strong hard tooth enamel for healthy teeth and the tooth enamel is what stops tooth decay getting into the tooth. Rubbing lemon juice onto your tooth brush is insane, do not do it.

Hope that helps and good luck
