Open Question: Would my wobbly tooth heal naturally?

Anywho, my bike is a little messed up atm, and so is two of my incisors nearer to my right canine in my lower teeth. Both teeth are a little wobbly right now. If I leave erm be, would they recover and stabilise naturally. Fill me in on your answers and no BS please. Am already in a bad mood!Answer Question
