Open Question: Dental bone grafted, is it swelling or something permanent? ?

The bone was placed in the front of my mouth to be able to place 4 implants in the future and to replace my four front teeth. My concern is, after performing the surgery, and after rest and getting the "major" swelling down, my nose seems a but funny, a little pushed up. Changed how I look completely believe it or not.I'm not sure if this is swelling, and will go away after healing completely, or if it's something permanent? Really concerned and also if I could get some info on how to make this swelling if it is that to go away faster. Any questions you have please let me know.
