I've got 2 question about my teeth:
1.I had always got relative white teeth, but after I got my brace, my teeth started to get yellow. After 1 year, they now got really yellow. Can I ask my dentist to clean my teeth while having braces?

2. Can I clean my teeth for 20 Minutes (one cleaning session) without damaging my teeth? And will they get whiter if I do?
