i can tell my wisdom tooth is infected because it's painful and the gums are inflamed. i'm getting it removed saturday, but i'm more concerned about this stiff ball that has appeared in my jaw. when i feel under my chin towards the back of my jaw, i can feel this hard lump right under where my wisdom tooth is. could this be a cyst?
