My back tooth on my right side on the bottom near the back, (i had my bottom right wisdom pulled). Well one of my tooths, got chipped and broken leaving the inside of the tooth exposed to food and whatever. Well now there is a pain associated in that spot that is so cruel that i cant even sleep. The pain feels internal like under my tooth because i cant feel pain around the tooth or on the gums, only "inside". Hot and Cold water result in a piercing pain that goes away after my mouth returns to normal temperature. I cant reach the pain with my tounge and just touchign the right side of my face can trigger uncomfort. Whatever i do, the pain is on my mind, i just want it to go away, I have no idea where the pain came from, it was out of the blue and feels as bad as when my wisdom tooth was growing in which was impacted.
