I had my braces off today around 3pm. I've had it for about 2 years now.
I started brushing my teeth not too long ago, and once the toothpaste touched my front teeth, it would feel really cold and painful.
Is this normal? I usually have sensitive teeth though.
Is it because those areas hasn't been touched with anything but glue for the past 2 years?
