i wore my retainer for about 2 days when i first got it but it hurt so much that i couldnt sleep at night so i would take it out in the middle of the night and i havent worn it for months!! my teeth have moved and its scaring me. i tried putting my retainer in again but it barely fits. if i continue wearing it all the time will my teeth move back or do i need braces again?!?!
please help me!!
