I wear my retainers all day and all night and only take them out to eat or drink a soda, but sometimes I forget to put them back in and I'll go 4-6 hours a day with out wearing them. (This only happens 1-2 times a week by the way) Now, I have the Invisalign retainers, and it looks like there's a little bit of space between my teeth and the edge of the retainers, is that normal? Or have my teeth moved a bit? Also, my retainers go on very easily, I don't struggle to put them on and they don't hurt. So is it possible that my teeth have moved?
