eversince my retainers was broken. I tried to fix it by using mighty bond. The part of the broken side was not very stable to hold the left side of my teeth. I only wear it for 1 hour suddenly I feel and heard a snap from my left bone then I remove it quickly and never wear it again. So everytime I talk and eat the left side of my jaw is slanted to the right and the right side of my jaw starting to snap everytime I open my mouth.

please help! what should I do?
