My teeth aren't VERY yellow, but they could be a little whiter. Since I'm a poor student, I'd like to save as much money as possible, and splurging on White Strips isn't something I'd like to do if there's another option.

Listerine and Crest whitening rinses have pretty good reviews online... but I'm still skeptical if they'll actually do anything for my teeth.

If you don't recommend the rinses, what kind of Crest whitening strips would you recommend? There are so many kinds!
