My dentist said they have come in but didn't go into much detail about it. They haven't come through my gums and I never feel any pain. I used to have braces but I never wore my retainer so my teeth have gotten a little bit crooked. Will not taking them out make them worse? I don't really want to have to go through the pain of taking them out, and I also don't care to have to be numbed or put under.
