im 15 and well i screwed up didnt take care of my teeth when i was younger but now i am trying my hardest to take care of them ive been chewing alot of sugarless gum after meals when i cant brush them but now im starting to read from other YA questions and such that chewing gum will put stress on the fillings and they will fall out is this true? if so what can i do to clean them if im not in aplace where a tooth brush is handy
