So I am a male of 22 - and i have had all 3 of my wisdom teeth come in over the past few years, all with no problems! Now that the 4th and final one is coming in - i seem to be having some problems!

Its been a week now since the pain started, and i recognised it straight away as a wisdom tooth coming tthrough :(
But there is still no sign of it breaking through the gum - and today i am experiencing a good bit of pain with it - where as yesterday i had no pain whatsoever

Should i give the dentist a call or... ?

The pain seems to come and go - Pain for 10 minutes, and then 5-20 minutes of no pain
