Okay, this is my THIRD questioning about teeth (Wow, I am going insane over this) and I wish to know which particular foods are good for the teeth, to help them heal. And it would be awesome if it were foods that you can find in the basic malls or markets. Sorry, I honestly wish I get out of this before I get depressed (I get depressed easily and try to forget what ever makes me think too much and get depressed)

Mini Question: How does a dentist clean your teeth? (I never been to a dentist before and is 20 yr old, or I don't remember, but i am sure I never been to a dentist or a doctor for daily check ups anyway) I just wanna know cause I am wondering what they clean from your mouth.
