I've had my braces on for almost 9 months and I just went to the ortho yesterday and they told me I needed to wear four rubber bands. Two on each side of my mouth. They hurt my teeth so badly. I can't even eat but I want to so bad. We have nothing soft in the house. I took advil 2 hours ago and it's not helping. Not only do my teeth kill, my jaw does too since I have tmj. Is there anything I can do to ease the pain?
