Questions about invisalign?
My dentist told me that my problems are as follows:
-bad overbite
-spaced out teeth (both top and bottom)
-tooth that is rotated 90 degrees to the left.
I am fifteen and there's no way I am getting braces. I am so self conscious already, and I brush my teeth like 10 times a day. I also play sports (varsity) and play a musical instrument (flute).
But my dentist said that Invisalign might not fix the rotated tooth.
To be honest, I didn't know I had a rotated tooth and I spend hours inspecting my mouth for cavities (OCD makes me worry a lot about this). I really don't care about it. All I want are straighter teeth in a way that is cosmetically okay for me. Do you think this is rational? Can I still opt out of braces and get invisalign even though one of my problems won't be fixed?
