I have this bad habit of picking at my gums. its only on the right side of my mouth. i pick at them with my finger nails. sometimes with just my finger i push at my gums. it feels so good. if i floss afterword i have to pick t them. if i dont the weird feeling comes and i have to grind my teeth and bite down hard and eventually i start to pick at them. it doesnt hurt to me but to others it might because i use my naik and poke really hard. i never made them bleed but its annoying but i cant stop. it feels good! i dont even notice me doing it. is it that theres something wrong with my gums? they look pretty normal to me. should i go to a dentist? i havent gone in a year. this just started last year.
