Hi, I'm 21 and never had any signs of wisdom teeth.

With that said, I woke up the other day with an "itchy sensation" in one of my teeth. My back upper molar to be exact. It's the kind of sensation that just makes you want to bite down on something really hard.

Today however, it seems the sensation has gotten stronger. But when I bite down to relieve the "itch," it kind of hurts. I also feel like the pain from my tooth is giving me a small headache on the right side of my head.

Is this a toothache??? Or is something infected from poor brushing/flossing? My gums aren't swollen, and it doesn't hurt when I touch my gums.
