I have been prescribed an oral appliance for sleep apnea after I could not adapt to a cpap machine.
During my first fitting in the dentist's office, the appliance chipped one of my teeth. My concern is this: since I have a number of capped teeth (many of which have been in place for 20+ years), is the appliance likely to loosen these or even my natural teeth to the point where I will be left with thousands of dollars in dental bills?
