I would usually call my doctor about a medical question, but I'm out of the country, so I'm relying on you all.

A couple of days ago my gums started itching pretty bad, but I didn't pay much attention to it. Now, two days later, the itching is still there and I'm experiencing pain in my entire mouth, including my teeth. I have a sore at top of my mouth, and my teeth have become very sensitive and hurt anytime I eat or squeeze them together. Any idea what it could be? Thanks!
