So, I have taken off my braces for like 2 months approx. My dentist gave me a retainer and told me to wear it for at least 8 hours a day. I followed all her instructions. But recently, like since last week, my retainer seems crooked. It slants to the right and it is loose on the right. I actually went to the clinic and asked what was wrong but she said it was okay. Now last night, the right side of the retainer can't seem to fit properly. It feels like it is not tight enough and out of the teeth. Like it does not completely cover the teeth. By the way, my retainer is the normal average one. The one with wires and not permanent. THAAANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPINGG! ^^
