So a couple of weeks ago I got all of my wisdom teeth taken out. I had heard horror stories about how bad it would be and I was freaking out. Well I had NO pain. My face was slightly swollen when I got home but it didn't hurt and went away after an hour or so. I took pain killers and slept a couple of hours, got up and was watching tv all afternoon. It bled a bit but didn't hurt at all. I was eating ice cream with a vengeance and the day after I had chicken wings, I probably could have had them before as well! Literally no pain, just slight discomfort at most. I easily could have gone back to school the afternoon of. Is this normal, because no one would believe me when I told them it didn't hurt.
