my braces are coming out in about 8 weeks time, but then ill need retainers! i had my braces for a year and 4 months, so how long do you think ill need my retainers for? others have said they've had theirs for 7 years?!:O is this true?:O what do retainers look like &how do they feel?:P
my dentist told me that retainers are only for night time use, but others say they use them all the time! help please!
