Hey guys, my mom has had a tooth ache for over two days. She tried paracetamol a few times but ain't helping, and also she can't take anymore medicine because she had a recent stomach operation due to too many painkillers (her back was hurt and required painkillers).

Now the pain has come back, and it's so excruciating it got to the point where she started to cry. It is 00:05 am now and obviously the dentist is closed, I was thinking that maybe she should go to A&E (accident and emergency) ? But that takes 4 hours to come and consult her, do you think we should go ?

Also do you know any remedies for the pain?
