Getting a tooth pulled?

Okay so I need braces and to get them, I need to get too teeth pulled. They're both on the top. They're baby teeth but they're not even close to being loose. I've had a tooth pulled before but it was loose already and they sprayed some numbing stuff on it instead of a needle. That didn't hurt. I had that tooth done a few months back and I think they sprayed me because I wasnt old enough to get a needle yet but I think it might be different this time. Will it be different this time because this one isnt loose? I'm really scared. Everytime I go to that dentist place I'm shaking and I need to pass gas a lot (by the way, anyone know how to prevent this? It's embarrassing!) and I don't really know this dentist. Last time I went I went for a checkup and they didn't even clean my teeth D: And I get nervous so does anyone know what I can do to stay calm? I HATE the dentist and I hate needles and I've never had a needle at the dentist... And also o have to get a filling soon.
So here are my questions:

1. Will they use a needle? If so, will it hurt?
2. What can I do to keep my mind off it?
3. Will getting a filling hurt?
4. How to prevent shaking and gas?
5. Will braces hurt?
6. Any methods you use at the dentist that can help?

I'm only using happy gas if I really freak out.
I can't bring my iPod because my earbuds are broken.

Thanks xx
