So a few months ago i went in to my dentist to get some teeth filled, after he was done i remember him telling me something along the lines of ,"this tooth was drilled really close to the nerve" Then asking me if it felt okay, I replied "it feels fine". It didn't hurt at the time, now this tooth is giving me hell. I am in agony, pain is shooting up my face. It kind of feels like the tooth is split in two, like there is a crack in between the filling. Now i have been reading online, that a tooth ache is very serious, should not be taken lightly, and could even kill you if an infection spreads to the brain. I am a little freaked out right now What do i do? Should i go back to my dentist in the morning or to a hospital or go to another dentist? Any input on this subject would be nice.
