I just got my brackets nd spacers (imma get the wires next week) on Monday nd they hurt like hell!!! It might be different for others but, for me, the pain is unbearable. I can't chew anything or even close my teeth together. Is there anything I can do to take the pain away? Nd what kinds of foods can I eat so it won't hurt?
