Is it normal for dental implant surgery to swell (bruised pum like) post op?
I had an upper front tooth implant today (#10) and (#7). The number (#10) is not swollen, and it looks fine and I can tab in it, no pain, but # (10) is sore and looks like bruised bump, today is the # 4 day post surgery, and am worried. Is this normal? Is this a sign of implant dialer? How long does it take to improve?

A surgeon, who did bon grafting in both teeth last year, did it, after a year passed I noticed there was more bon growth in # 7 than 10. Went back for implant surgery with the same surgeon, and It was done with local Anastasia, I was awake, during the surgery I felt he was doing more drilling and more work in # 7, while I barley felt anything in # 7.
