Open Question: What would the orthodontist do in this case, braces?

Blondie Blooo Member since:February 27, 2011Total points:113 (Level 1)Ok so I've had braces for 3 months now and i have an appointment for the end of this month to get them tightened, my teeth were quite bad, but since having them they've improved quite lot. It may be too early to be worrying but either way, i am worrying, so thought i'd ask! So at one side my teeth were really crowded, they have now moved a fair bit but my ?canine tooth? (2 away from the front ones) comes down quite far! This means that it gets caught on my bottom tooth, which causes alot of pain, and in general just looks terrible! What will the orthodontist do? My mum thinks that they might file down my tooth to make it normal, however my friends think they'll just leave it because it doesn't concern them... Anyone had this happen to them and/or know for sure?Answer QuestionBe the first to answer this question.
