I got my teeth whitened (laser) around two weeks ago, almost three now. The dentist told me to stay away from foods that can color my teeth because that can make my teeth yellow again.

I've been careful, but I feel as if my teeth are getting yellow again. I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day, always right after I eat. I can't brush my teeth with anything with color, and I can't use mouthwash.

What should I do? If my teeth go back to being yellow, I can't get my teeth whitened for another two years.

I don't drink coffee or soda at all, but I think my health has something to do with it. I don't eat any vegetables at all, so I'm not really healthy. Does that have to do with it too?

Oh, and I eat eggs over easy every morning. I'm thinking the yolk has something to do with it.
