while actually having the tooth pulled out- 0 (zero) because you'll be given local anesthesia.
on the other hand the amount of PRESSURE you will feel- id say about a 5-6. but remember thats just pressure, not pain. yeah, its alittle uncomfortable, but NOT painful.

Now from my own personal experience, after the numbess wears off, its only alittle sore. but, i have heard others say its alittle more painful for them once the anesthesia wears off. but i havent heard any horror stories.
