I have had a tooth extraction and really don't want another one....I am getting throbbing pain when I drink hot liquids that lasts for about a minute on one of my bottom teeth. Cold doesn't affect it, neither does hot food, just hot drink...

What is this?? Help I don't want ANOTHER tooth out!! I'm worried because it seems to be just one tooth...what could this be?
