Open Question: i haven't had my retainer in for ages I NEED HELP?

my question is if i put my retainer in will it close it a little and will it ruin my teeth if i do so?????Answer Question
by Abby Road Member since:March 13, 2011Total points:97 (Level 1)if the retainer still goes on, you can still wear it. if not go back to your orthodontist to make a new one. remember if you don't follow up with these options it is likely your teeth will continue to shift out of place and you will have wasted all you spent and went through with your braces.
