I know I've read before that you're not supposed to do certain things or take certain things after a tooth extraction because it will interfere with the blood clot that's supposed to form.

So after a tooth extraction, on the numbness goes away, is it safe to take excedrin/asprin?

Also, how painful is it and how long does the pain usually last? I'm an 18 year old male.
