I just had my wisdom teeth removed about 1 and a half weeks ago and one of the sockets smell really bad. Ive used a syringe to clean it multiple times, and the smell goes away temporarily but comes back. In addition, sometimes i clean it with a syringe, small black particles come out of it. Is it an infection? If so what should i do?
