i got my braces off thursday (3days ago) so im supposed to wear my retainer like 24/7
i only wear about 70% of the day becuz i chew gum alot and then u have to take it out when you eat
my tooth feels like its going bak to how it was!! idk if its becuz i havent been wearing my retainer has much as i should!?
btw my teeth have really hurt for the past 2days with the retainer on is that normal?
and if my tooth did kinda move will the retainer push it bak to wear it was???!?!?!
PLEASE HELP IM REALLY WORRIED!!
