so i put my retainer in my pocket, and then i got a piggyback ride from my mom (cause i had a sprained ankle) and im guessing the retainer got bent the wrong way or something.. i wore it for like an hour and took it out and my bite feels wrong.. i think the wire of my retainer might be a little bent cause my bite doesn't feel right!

what should i do?? should i stop wearing it for a couple of days? i know i have to call my orthodontist but will they make me pay for a completely new one? or can they just bend the wire back to its original position with no charge?? im so worried about my teeth! how much will they shift in a week if i don't wear the retainer D:
