I just had my braces yesterday and can't barely eat anything because of it. A while ago, I ate a small piece of chocolate and chewed it slowly so I can be immune with the pain. After eating I realized the stopper on my right tooth was gone but the other stopper is still there on the left. I'm afraid the brackets below the 2 front upper teeth might be removed if I'll eat again.
