All my teeth are healthy, no bleeding gums and no tenderness anywhere.
But in between my 2nd premolar and 1st molar it very sore but there is no bleeding. There is a little gum loss there about 3mm when i use to have mild gum disease but no gum disease anywhere as a floss frantically 3 times a day.
What could it be?
